Merchandise Returns:
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from delivery date. We guarantee the quality of the products we distribute. Once in a while some items may be defective within a case and samples of the problem may be required to receive a refund or replacement product.
If you have incorrectly ordered a product or found the product is not for your intended use, a return may be possible. The product must be completely unused and in original saleable condition. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged upon return. Call Berlau Paper House for a pre-authorization before returning product at your shipping expense.
